Specialized Technologies.
Integrated for Multipack Performance.
From Filling to Finished Package
We’re integrating Pacific continuous-motion filling, Zalkin cap feeding and capping, and P.E. Labellers decorative labeling in one coordinated line designed around the product, bottle, closure and production requirements.
Featuring a personal care application at PACK EXPO, the line demonstrates how specialized expertise at each stage can work together to support consistent performance from filling and pump placing through finished package presentation.
From Bottle Orientation to Finished Multipack
We’re bringing together Pace bottle orientation, Axon multipack sleeving and CL&D film expertise to create a twin-pack that keeps bottles consistently positioned and primary package graphics visible through the finished multipack.
Specialized Expertise Across the Line

Intelli-Fil C Series

Filling Technology Matched to Your Product
The Intelli-Fi C Series uses continuous-motion technology to fill products ranging from free-flowing liquids to highly viscous products in retail-sized container formats, at speeds up to 150 containers per minute. Electromagnetic or Coriolis flow-meter technology supports fill accuracy and helps reduce product giveaway.
For the featured personal care application, the filling assembly moves with the containers to support repeatable fills with less spillage, while a single feed screw positions bottles for filling and downstream capping.

FeedFlex + FlexEdge

Capping Solutions Built Around Your Container
Zalkin’s FeedFlex and FlexEdge combine robotic closure feeding with continuous-motion inline capping as the next stage of the coordinated line. The system handles screw caps, snap-on caps, push-in caps and pumps ranging from 13 to 50 mm.
For the featured personal care application, FeedFlex automates the feeding and orientation of the pump closure before FlexEdge applies it while the bottle remains in motion. This supports repeatable closure application with less splashing and smooth transfer into the labeling stage.

SKYLINE

Decorative Labeling Designed to Stand Out
The SKYLINE inline labeler completes the primary package with pressure-sensitive labeling designed around the container, label format and production requirements.
For the featured personal care application, the system uses two labeling stations to apply paper pressure-sensitive labels at up to 100 BPM. Toolless changeover features and automatic axis adjustments via recipe selection help support efficient format changes and consistent finished-package presentation.

Built Around Your Application
Pacific, Zalkin and P.E. Labellers bring filling, closure handling and
decorative labeling together around the variables that define primary packaging performance.
For the personal care demonstration at PACK Expo, the equipment operates as an integrated line, with sensors supporting bottle presence and speed modulation between stages.
The solution can be configured based on product characteristics, container geometry and material, closure type, labeling requirements, production speed, and existing line conditions.
Choose the complete integrated solution or select individual equipment based on the needs of your operation.
