Intelli-Fil C Walking Beam Filler
See Pacific’s Intelli-Fil C Series bring continuous-motion filling to the show floor. Designed for precise, efficient filling, this walking beam solution handles products ranging from free-flowing liquids to highly viscous applications across markets such as personal care, dressings, sauces, and home care.
Available with up to 12 filling stations, the Intelli-Fil accommodates containers from 2 ounces to 1 gallon at speeds of up to 150 containers per minute. Electromagnetic or Coriolis flow meter technology supports high fill accuracy while helping reduce product giveaway, and top-fill, bottom-up, and below-the-neck nozzle configurations provide added application flexibility.
A single feed-screw design, tool-less adjustments, and automated Clean-In-Place capabilities help streamline product changeovers, reduce manual labor, and minimize downtime. With fewer container-handling and wear parts than traditional piston fillers, the Intelli-Fil is designed to deliver reliable performance over the life of the machine.
