Opti-Fil R Series

The Opti-Fil R Series offers an accurate and dependable volumetric filling technology designed for viscosities ranging from free-flowing to highly viscous products, at speeds up to 600 CPM.  

Our rotary volumetric fillers include time and pressure orifice plate filling technology offering superior performance, higher fill accuracy, and lower maintenance than piston filling systems.

 
This filler has numerous customizable features such as CIP technology and four nozzle configurations with bottom-up, true top-fill, below-the-neck, and diving nozzle options. 

Intelli-Fil C Series

The Intelli-Fil C Series Walking Beam Filler offers a precise and cost-effective solution with speeds ranging from 60-200 CPM for retail-sized containers. 

High fill accuracy is achieved with mag or mass meters, eliminating waste caused by worn pistons.  

Designed with a feed screw only for container handling, changeover time is significantly reduced, and cost of ownership is lower with  fewer container handling parts compared to piston fillers. 

Centurion Capper

PackWest’s Centurion Capper is known for its extreme durability and efficiency.  

This screw-on capper has speeds up to 250 CPM and can accommodate a wide range of caps―up to 135mm―and container sizes.
